HelloSign

Signature documents was a hassle before electronic signature software.

First, you would need to scan your specific contract into your computer and send it to your recipient. Once received, they would then need to print out the document, sign it, scan it back into their computer, and finally send it back to you by email. That’s just too much of a step!

HelloSign takes the trouble out of signing contracts by allowing you to sign them electronically. And don’t worry, every document that is signed via HelloSign is legally binding.

Your signed contracts are organized within a secure HelloSign system, ensuring you don’t have to waste time or store your physical documents in storage. Simply create the agreement, submit it out for the signatures needed and file it for future reference.

For limited usage, HelloSign is free, and upgraded plans start at $13 a month.

It should be noted that this monthly fee is chargeable only to the user who creates and sends documents. Those who receive contracts are not required to pay anything for signing them. Usually they don’t even have to establish their own account.

It’s easily installed in your browser with Chrome or Firefox. It even supports Google Docs, so you can write and deliver content that is error-free.

The Internet has great articles and that can be both good and bad for our productivity. Use Instapaper to be still productive and not have to read the new articles posts as soon as they’re up. Instapaper lets you save them to your account, and then read them for you at a convenient time.
